The pillars of winter warmth are insulation and wind protection, and the Aksium delivers both with its Warm Shell Race fabric, which cuts the wind and traps heat while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel thanks to the thin microfleece lining. The microfleece also wicks moisture away from your skin so sweat doesn't build up, and the ergonomic seams give the Aksium a comfortable, easy-moving fit that won't irritate or restrict your motion.

The details, as they say, are not just details — they make the difference. In the case of the Aksium, those difference-makers include an asymmetrical zipper and soft fleece-lined collar to prevent chin irritation and reflective highlights for increased safety. There are three back pockets, a zippered chest pocket for a phone or wallet, and a routing port for easy management of headphones.
