The Airo Bike is what we use to get our little ones started on their cycling journey because Hornit provides exceptional attention to detail that makes the bike user-friendly and safe. The frame has integrated footrests with grip tape to let our little shredders experiment with coasting, while aluminum rims and air-filled rubber tires are durable and provide lots of traction. The Airo really shines when it comes to safety, with a neoprene-padded stem to prevent harsh impacts and Hornit even removes the valve stems from the wheels as they can be a choking hazard.

Great lightweight first bike!

As a family we are really into our bikes so we did loads of research into our little ones first bike! We are really pleased with our choice - the AIRO is really lightweight, its easy for our little one to manage on his own but still robust enough that it can take falling into the verge on the regular!! It actually looks amazing too! Would definitely recommend for biking families who want to get their child a high-quality first bike

Can you imagine if your mountain or road bike weighed nearly half as much as you? I imagine cycling wouldn't be nearly as popular as it is, if we had to struggle to push such heavy bikes every time we set out riding. This is what the groms have been dealing with for years and finally Hornit has come to market with a lightweight balance bike for this rowdy group of riders. At 6.5lbs this balance bike is much lighter-weight than any other option on the market. This means your little one can get up to full speed much quicker than the other groms in the neighborhood. It also means they can stride for much longer without getting tired. Compared to other products on the market this bike is much higher quality in just about every aspect. The frame is designed from magnesium in order to keep weight low, the tires are actual rubber and are filled with air just like your big rig. The overall design of the bike with a low-slung top tube, foot platforms, and quality cockpit components ensure that your little one is able to hop on and ride off without any obstructions. If you're looking for an excellent gift for your little one to start them off on a long path of cycling, this is the bike you're looking for.
