Why We Like The Flexair Short

Swap out that hole-ridden, worn-down kit from last season for Fox's Flexair Short and reap the benefits of a new stretchy and durable mountain biking getup. The Flexair Short is designed with TruMotion fabric for full freedom of movement, and laser-cut perforations keep air moving as we blast through the trees and maneuver our way down tricky descents. Low-profile zippered pockets give us space to stash our snacks and essentials, and we can complete our look when we pair this short with Fox's jersey of the same name.

Great shorts but ......Go up one size!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

30

I bought these because I liked my Fox defend shorts so much but wanted something lighter but with similar features. I personally love the strap Fox uses. It's more secure and easier to use then a button snap. I also like the little air vents in the legs. It makes a big difference Sizing is a problem. I am always a size 30 but can wear a 29 without discomfort but some tightness. The 30's I bought are tight and feel more like 29s to me. I only need about 3 clicks on the belt/strap for it to be tight leaving at least 15 more clicks to go. 31 would be perfect for me yet I would never consider buying a pair of 31 pants at the store. SIZE UP!

Nice product, but do not size up

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

I really wish people would not make recommendations about sizing, since everyone's body type is unique. I have a 32" waist and a 32 fit me perfectly. A 34" was way too big for me.

just size up

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I use a 28 on the previous version so I went for a 30 this time. It's fine. I'm on the slimmer side so the waist fits okay but take note the waistband doesn't stretch. The material on the shorts (not the waistband) does stretch but it's not as stretchy as the past versions. It does feel like it's more durable and more bombproof than the last one.
