Long leg option was crucial, since people come in many sizes. Bib straps should either be all black or all white, and it's regrettable that these straps have mixed colours. My dark and light mesh jerseys clash, with the white shirt, black bra fashion fail effect. The pad, fabric, straps and all the rest can't be improved upon though.
