3rd pair of Assos bibs I’ve bought this year. They either fall apart (literally 2 pair had silicone delam after first ride) or they’re uncomfortable. These Targas are sooooo overrated. Chamois is thin but surprisingly comfy. But that’s about it. Still got horrible chafe (yes, with lube) about 45 min into ride. Never got settled in. The worst part tho… fit is way off. I’m 6’0 190lbs and not overweight. Some bibs I wear a (L), but most XL are perfect. I ordered these in XL and it took me 5min to get them up to and around my thighs. Should have gotten an XXL. But I’m done with ASSOS. For $300 bibs, there are way better options out there now. Sad, used to be the best.

My measure for great equipment is whether I notice the item while riding. These bibs are like another layer of skin.

I've had these for about a month. They are the most comfortable pair I own. I have other major brands. I wish the front came up higher. They are lower cut on the belly than I expected but not too low. Very lightweight and nice compression on the thighs.

I use these when I want total comfort. They are very lightweight and fit tight so you hardly know you are wearing them. The leg grippers feel a bit awkward but they do the job well. I like the soft material in the midsection.
