A guide for your trail adventures.

The infallible consistency and power that defines the Guide brake range has quickly made SRAM's newest brake models the sweethearts of custom builds and factory specs everywhere. The SRAM Guide RS Disc Brake Set with Centerline Rotors sits in the middle of the Guide hierarchy, borrowing some of the top-line features from the RSC and Ultimate versions while maintaining a more wallet-friendly price tag.

The Guide RS features SRAM's SwingLink technology, which utilizes a special cam shape to create an unparalleled combination of pad engagement and modulation for a smooth, quick-responding braking experience free from dead spots. Pairing SwingLink with a new cup-seal timing port closure system allows for consistent modulation across the braking actuation and predictable functionality the second you pull on the lever.

The caliper features a 4-piston, dual-diameter design and pairs with easy to replace, top-loading, steel-backed Organic pads to powerfully scrub speed out on the trail. It also features user-friendly reach adjust so you can spend less time tinkering in the garage and more time playing in the dirt.

To complete the system, the SRAM Guide RS Disc Brake Set includes Centerline Rotors with venting lines down the middle of the braking track to reduce overheating and increase braking consistency. These rotors also feature a 12-spoke design that reduces lateral bending or warping under heat stress for smooth, stable, and predictable braking every time you pull the lever. Plus, all that machining that went into those braking boosts also nets some significant — and always welcome — weight loss.
