Why We Like The Attack MTB ChromaPop Sunglasses
The Attack MTB ChromaPop Sunglasses sport impressive coverage, durable materials, and optimized tints for riding off-road. They protect our eyes from errant trail debris and the sun's rays. Moreover, we also get a sharp field of vision thanks to ChromaPop technology. Smith provides two of its flagship lenses, one that's a darker tint for more exposed trails and a low light Amber lens when deep under a canopy of trees. Both tints reduce color confusion while filtering harmful UV rays for a crisper field of view and better color contrasts. The lens shape increases coverage area for added protection from the wind, light, and debris, while the partial frame front and strategically placed vents integrate with Smith cycling helmets for a gap-free fit and enhanced ventilation for fog-free performance. Lastly, these sunglasses are equipped with Smith's quick-release MAG interchangeable system and come with a zipper case and microfiber bag for protection for when you're not wearing them.

Quality versatile piece of kit
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like these, easy to keep the lens with you if light conditions change while you’re out, and very easy to swap. Clarity like you’d expect of ChromaPop, you’re in for a treat if you haven’t used Smith’s lenses. Comfortable enough, the black curtains in your peripheral vision takes a little getting used to but you can rationally explain to yourself why those are there and get on with your life! Only thing to note is they’re hot! If you live and ride in desert summer temps, expect to feel the difference if you’ve been wearing eyewear that doesn’t cover as much of your face. That said, the way my eyes water when the air is even a little bit cool, these glasses are going to be perfect now that temps are tailing off. I’m glad not to be riding in my Guides Choice anymore, these are perfectly suited for activity and worth the investment as long as I look after them!

Magnets corroded in a month
I liked the look and lens, however the magnets that lock the frame into the lenses corroded within a month. Smith gave me a credit which is appreciated, however I’m still out of pocket due to shipping and the the fact that I’m replacing them with a less expensive pair as I don’t trust the magnet to not corrode again.

Excellent fit! Especially with the adjustable nose piece for my wide nose bridge. Super light. Function perfectly for my activity eye wear. Definitely an upgrade compared to any active glasses I’ve used.

Amazing! I never had quality
Amazing! I never had quality sport glasses before this pair so I can’t compare. It’s so nice to go from clear to dark black. They stay in place when I run. Anti-fog work except when I wear a neck warmer up to my nose (I think it’s normal) So again I can’t compare to different brands but I think I choose the best one for my first pair (usually I got good taste and buy the best products) I recommend Smith products and will stay loyal to the brand

These glasses are overrated in
These glasses are overrated in my opinion and generally impractical for those on the go. Nobody is going to carry the alternative lens and case if they travel light for example. They are a bit bulky in design and the range of dynamic shading or sensitivity is quite small in my opinion.

Florida Woods MTBer
Perfect MTB glasses for my needs. I ride heavy cover, wooded trails in Florida. On overcast days the low light amber lenses light up every detail on the trail. When it's a typical bright day I use the mirrored lenses which work great for being in and out of sunlight. These give great contrast and definition when I'm under heavy cover and when I'm in exposured sunlight. Switching lenses is very easy too!
