All information entered into the quote form is sent to The Pro’s Closet. All trade in selection is done with The Pro’s Closet. Once your bike has been submitted, you will receive email notification from The Pro’s Closet stating their offer and steps to complete your bike trade in. Competitive Cyclist currently does not offer direct credit from The Pro’s Closet.

By accessing, using, or participating in The Pro’s Closet trade-in program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

You acknowledge that The Pro’s Closet, not Competitive Cyclist, is the purchaser of your bike. The Pro’s Closet is solely responsible for reviewing, valuing and offering to purchase your bike. In consideration for your participation in the Program, you hereby waive and release any claims, demands, or liability against Competitive Cyclist, its affiliates, and its and their respective employees, contractors, officers, directors or successors (collectively, “Competitive Cyclist Parties”). Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of the Program, including dissatisfaction with the offer received for your bike, is to reject the offer from The Pro’s Closet and cease participation.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid for order shipped in the United States ONLY (excludes international orders). Excludes PO boxes & APO addresses.

Trade-in offers will only be extended for mountain, road, gravel, time trial, and track bikes that meet The Pro’s Closet’s current standards in terms of brand, type, age or value. All bikes must be in functioning condition and free of any structural damage. The Pro’s Closet may decline to provide an offer for any bike for any reason at its sole discretion.

The following types of bikes do not currently qualify for participation in the Program: tandems, recumbents, BMX bikes, beach cruisers, or hybrids.

The bike must be legally owned by the participant. All participants will be required to submit a declaration of ownership and a valid government identification in order to participate in the Program. The bike’s serial number must be clearly visible and accurately reported to The Pro’s Closet.

Use of The Pro’s Closet site is subject to its terms of service and privacy notice.

These terms and conditions and the FAQs may be modified at any time without notice in Competitive Cyclist’s or The Pro’s Closet’s sole and absolute discretion.
