NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER IN OR WIN THE COMPETITIVE CYCLIST LUCKY 13 CHALLENGE (“Challenge”). THE CHALLENGE BEGINS AT 12:00 AM MST ON 10/10/2021 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM MST ON 10/31/2021 (“Challenge Deadline”).
- HOW TO ENTER:
Entrants must (1) register as an account user with Strava, Inc. and (2) participate in the Competitive Cyclist Lucky 13 Challenge, logging 13 hours of riding time (ride, e-bike ride, virtual ride) uploaded to Strava during the Challenge Period. Manual entries, or rides marked “Private,” will count towards your challenge hours. To count towards total Challenge hours, all rides must be logged on Strava within three days of the Challenge Deadline. All logged rides must be completed by the person entering the Challenge. Entrants who do not provide their correct details will be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
- ELIGIBILITY:
The Challenge is open to Strava users in the United States, age 18 or older, excluding employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
- NOTIFICATION:
Entrants that successfully complete the Challenge will be notified by Strava and provided a link to a Challenge landing page hosted by the Sponsor where each entrant can enter their name and email address to claim their reward.
- REWARD:
Entrants that complete the Challenge will receive one Lucky 13 Challenge digital badge (“Digital Badge”) and one coupon code to be used at CompetitiveCyclist.com for 20% off all eligible full-price items in a single order (“Coupon”). The Coupon can be applied to a total of 3 units per single style in a single order. The Coupon is valid between 10/10/2021 and 12/31/21. The Coupon may not be combined with any other discount or offer. (At checkout, the most recently applied coupon will always be applied.) It is limited to one use per customer. The Coupon is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold.
The Coupon is available for online purchases only. It cannot be used on bikes, bike frames, special orders, package discounts, gift cards, Protect + Powered by Extend products, and charitable donations. The Coupon is applied to the order subtotal and is not applied to taxes, shipping, and other fees associated with any order. Each Entrant that successfully completes the Challenge and fills out the completion form will also be entered into a drawing for one of three $500 Competitive Cyclist gift certificates. The drawing for the gift certificates will be held on 11/9/21 at 12 p.m. EST.
To redeem the Coupon or have a chance to win the drawing, entrants must sign-up for Competitivecyclist.com email by entering their full name, email, and Strava profile handle on a Competitive Cyclist landing page. Entrants must be signed up for Competitive Cyclist marketing emails at the time of the November 9, 2021 drawing to be eligible for one of three $500 gift certificates to Competitive Cyclist. Email subscribers can unsubscribe after receiving their Coupon or Gift Certificate and still use their Coupon or Gift Certificate.
- GENERAL:
This Challenge is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Challenge will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Challenge must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Challenge if any cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Challenge. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Challenge entry) from this Challenge or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if the entrant tampers with the entry process or if the entrant’s fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Challenge. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Challenge, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules and warrants that the entrant is eligible to participate in this Challenge.
By participating in the Challenge and utilizing the Sponsor’s site, each entrant agrees to Backcountry’s Terms of Use and acknowledges that their information may be used consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
