NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN ALL IN 200K TEAM CHALLENGE (“Challenge”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. CONTEST BEGINS AT 12:00 AM MST ON JUNE 1, 2023, AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM MST ON JUNE 22, 2023 (“Contest Deadline”).


  1. ELIGIBILITY:

    Except residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, Contest open to Strava users who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Backcountry.com LLC (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. If a winner resides in Alabama, Mississippi, or Nebraska and is under the legal age of adulthood, the winner will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign a release form.

  2. HOW TO ENTER:

    There is one (1) way to enter in the All In 200K Team Challenge.

    Entrants must (1) register as an account user with Strava, Inc., and (2) participate in the All In 200k Team Challenge by logging riding time (ride, e-bike ride, or virtual ride) uploaded to Strava during the Challenge Period. Entrants must also sign-up for CompetitiveCyclist.com email by entering their full name, email, and Strava profile handle on a Competitive Cyclist landing page (the “Completion Form”). Manual entries, or rides marked “Private,” will not count towards your challenge hours. To count towards total Challenge hours, all rides must be logged on Strava within three days of the Challenge Deadline. All logged rides must be completed by the person entering the Challenge. Entrants who do not provide their correct details will be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

  3. SELECTION OF WINNERS:

    Every entrant who completes the Challenge and fills out the Completion Form will receive one All In 200K Team Challenge digital badge (“Digital Badge”) and one coupon code to be used at CompetitiveCyclist.com for 20% off all eligible full-price items in a single order (the “Coupon”). The Coupon reward will be sent to entrants who have completed the Challenge each Thursday starting June 8 and continuing through July 13. Entrants will be notified by Strava and provided a link to a Challenge Completion landing page hosted by Competitive Cyclist where each entrant must enter their name and email address to claim the Coupon.

    In addition to the Coupon, every entrant who successfully completes the Challenge and fills out the Completion Form will be entered into a drawing for one (1) $1,000 Competitive Cyclist gift certificate. To redeem the Coupon and to be entered to win the gift certificate, entrants must be signed up for Competitive Cyclist marketing emails at the time of the selection of the winner. Email subscribers can unsubscribe after receiving their Coupon or the gift certificate. Unsubscribing will not affect the use of the Coupon or gift certificate.

    There will be one (1) winner of the Competitive Cyclist gift certificate. Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received before the Contest Deadline by representatives of Sponsor (the “Drawing”), whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. The winner will be notified on or about July 7, 2023 via the email address provided on entrant’s Completion Form.

  4. PRIZES:

    The Coupon can be applied to a total of three (3) units per single style in a single order. The Coupon is valid from 12:00 AM on June 1, 2023, until 11:59 PM on July 15, 2023. The Coupon may not be combined with any other discount or offer (at checkout, the most recently applied coupon will always be applied). The Coupon is limited to one use per customer. The Coupon is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be resold. The Coupon is available for online purchase only. The Coupon is available for online purchases only. It cannot be used on bikes, bike frames, special orders, package discounts, gift cards, and charitable donations. The Coupon is applied to the order subtotal and is not applied to taxes, shipping, and other fees associated with any order.   5. One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Competitive Cyclist gift certificate. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00 USD.

    6. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.00 USD

    All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible Entries). Limit: one (1) prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners. Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a signed IRS Form W-9 before receiving their prizes. Sponsor will report the actual retail value of prizes awarded on IRS Form 1099 to the extent required by law.

  6. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES:

    Each entrant needs to fill out the Completion Form in order to receive the Coupon. The winner of the Competitive Cyclist gift certificate may be required to sign an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be forfeited if affidavit/declaration is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or if three (3) attempts to contact entrant by email or phone are unsuccessful. Each winner agrees to use the winner's name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

  7. RELEASE:

    By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

  8. GENERAL:

    This Contest is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, incorrect or misdirected Entries, mail, email, videos or communications; for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, including but not limited to the failure of the entry submission functionality, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption; theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Entry materials; loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in any Entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to participate is prohibited and any individual who uses, attempts to use or is suspected by Sponsor (in its sole reasonable discretion) to be using unauthorized methods to register or enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received prior to such time based on the process set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if entrant’s fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judge and warrants that entrant is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to Sponsor’s Terms of Use and acknowledges that their information may be used consistently with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  9. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
