Your new race suit.
Settling on a tri suit for your upcoming season is no small task. Unless you have a closet full of options—for which we wouldn't begrudge you—you're going to be wearing the same tri suit for all of your races for at least a season. Louis Garneau has ample experience with tri kit, and its high-end pieces like the Women's Pro Carbon Suit combine a contoured, next-to-skin fit and effective fabric composition to create pieces that will loyally perform throughout full race calendars. Whether you're racing sprints or prefer the pace of endurance distances, the Pro Carbon has all of the features you'll need to stay comfortable and performing your best throughout your swim, bike, and run.
Garneau uses several proprietary synthetic fabrics to construct the panels of the Pro Carbon, all of which are tasked with drying quickly and holding their shape throughout the three legs and two transitions of a tri. Coldblack treatment on the upper half of the Pro Carbon helps to reflect UV rays off the black fabric during the latter half of the race when you're running under the unforgiving midday sun, and a 33cm zipper gives you plenty more room to facilitate more airflow.
Garneau's quick-drying Tri Air chamois lines the inside of the Pro Carbon, providing just enough cushioning for the bike leg without getting in the way on the run. Laser cut hems at the leg bands and shoulders borrow from a big trend in cycling and give the entire suit a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, making the Pro Carbon slightly more aerodynamic than its traditionally-seamed predecessors.

- For best results, take measurements over your underwear.
- Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
- Natural Waist:
- Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

I'm a bit on the curvy side (big chested), but I have a small waist and this tri-suit fit perfectly. It's also a really great suit for warm weather. When I was swimming in the summer in it, I never felt hot or overheated because it's super breathable. I know a lot folks felt that they were hot swimming in open water in their tri-suits, with this suit I didn't have a single complaint. It's super comfortable. It's important to note that most tri-suits run small.
