As we move into fall and winter, these have been great. I have not had issue with them riding down as others may have indicated. These do the job well and are great for cool rides in the morning or rides that extend into the late evening.

I've been using these on the ski hill, believe it or not. I put it on a bad knee that doesn't feel good when it get's cold. These things do the trick but find them falling down a lot. When they fall, it's a long dig to get those things back up. Don't think it's the size either

Knee warmers will never garner the raves that a good pair of shorts gets. They do their job, keep you knees warm, and don't draw too much attention to themselves. That is what is great about the Giro Thermal knee warmers. They protect you knees when the temps drop, feel good on the inside and stay in place. The fabric resists snagging and tearing which is good when you are flying down your favorite singletrack.

Maybe they weren't made for skiing?!
