  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have several pairs, put them on as soon as we get into the 40s. Takes the chill off especially on long descents. Mine eventually wear after a lot of riding and tear on the bottom, but I get more than expected use out of them.

Can you put these over?? other booties for added warmth??

Hey Jon,

It would not be ideal, as they would not quite be big enough. Also, I am not sure how well it would stay on over booties. I would recommend warmer booties personally.

They do the trick!

Numb toes suck. These are burly enough for MTB, but they'll also work fine with road shoes. For $20, you can't go wrong!

Not bad

  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: XL

First pair of toe covers (and do not own shoe covers). Seem to get the job done. Definitely notice warmer toes on chilly mornings compared to riding without. Can't beat the price. I wear a EU 48 / US 14 shoe and XL seems to fit well.

Great product.

Does what it says, for sure. They got and look nice. Along with wool DeFeet socks, made my Sumer shoes warm enough for a grueling 45 mile ride in 38 degree weather with 12 mph gusts. Perhaps even a little too warm toward the end of the ride... I would recommend this product to any level rider trying to stay warm on a budget.

    Perfect In Every Way

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

Test-rode them today and I absolutely LOVE them. They're easy to slip on (size S is neither too tight nor too loose over my size 42 Giro Empires), don't interfere w/clipping in nor out and kept my little sockless toesies warm for the entirety of a mid-40 degree ride.

    Little hats for your shoes

    • Size Bought: Large

I bought larges for my size 44 shoes. Incredible warmth gains for such small pieces of material. Fits over my somewhat large Speedplay cleats.

    Great construction

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: Runs large
    • Size Bought: Medium

I returned these before getting to ride with them because the sizing was off - ordered a Medium to fit size 41.5 (Giro) shoes, and they were way too big. I'm not sure if that's a sizing issue or if it was just a mis-marked pair though.

That said, the construction is fantastic and they look to be durable and warm for chilly days. Styling is on point too, as always with Giro.

    Good toe warmers

Have only used them once. My ride started with a temperature around 32 F, and ended a couple of hours later at 48F. My feet never felt cold, and did not overheat. Highly recommended!!
