Why We Like The Antares Versus Evo 00 Adaptive Saddle
Fi'zi:k's Antares Versus Evo 00 Adaptive Saddle excels at pressure relief, cushioning, and lightness. It's the option we want when an early Sunday morning turns into an all-day affair, pedaling deep into the hills and descending windy canyon roads. Its low weight and stiff construction won't hold us back when the grade starts to inch higher, and its construction is engineered to offer zonal cushioning so the saddle stays comfortable no matter our body position.
The Antares is designed with a full carbon shell that's tuned for each functional zone of the saddle to offer distinctive cushioning and mechanical response. Its carbon rail offers further lightness and vibration absorption. We're used to Fi'zi:k constantly using new tech, and we're not surprised to see what they've come up with this time. Using Digital Light Synthesis technology, 3D padding is crafted from carbon with the result being a saddle that checks all the boxes of comfort, low weight, and support.

Most comfortable saddle, ever.
- I've put it through the wringer
- 5' 11"
I’ve been riding since the only choice was a 5 speed cogset and cleats were nailed in. Saddles used to take months to break in. I bought this saddle for my road bike when they first came out. It is light, comfortable, and after two years of daily riding, looks like new. I just bought a second to put on my CX bike. Finally a comfortable saddle that doesn’t weigh a ton!
