SB160 T4 XX1 Eagle AXS Carbon Wheel Mountain Bike

The SB160 T4 XX1 Eagle AXS Carbon Wheel Mountain Bike fills a gap in Yeti's lineup for the long-travel 29er crowd. With 160mm of rear wheel travel that's powered by Yeti's renowned Switch Infinity link, the SB160 is designed to take on the gnarliest terrain around, whether that's on the enduro stage or at the bike park. Yeti strengthened their Switch Infinity design for a more solid feel on the trail, and it's also easier to maintain. The SB160 also sees a slack 64-degree head tube angle for straight-lining stability, and every build has a 170mm Fox 38 fork for some serious trail-smashing capabilities. The thing about the SB160 that really impresses us is just how comfortable it is to ride on flatter trail sections, mellow flow trails, and even long climbs at elevation. The 29in wheels, steep 77.5-degree seat tube angle, and supportive Switch Infinity linkage work together to give the bike a lively feel that's fun to ride just about anywhere.

This T4 build from Yeti has dream build written all over it, starting with Yeti's TURQ frame construction, their lightest option available. The full SRAM XX1 Eagle drivetrain is managed by an XX1 Eagle AXS shifter and derailleur for instant shifts that come in handy for last-second gear changes. The Fox Factory 38 GRIP2 fork delivers 170mm of travel and a seemingly endless range of adjustments for fine-tuning on race day. The Fox Factory Float X2 shock provides top-tier performance for making the most of long descents and also boasts loads of adjustments. Another build highlight is the DT Swiss EXC 1501 carbon wheelset which helps with acceleration and provides a lightweight, responsive ride feel. This race-ready build is right at home at the local enduro series and functions well as a long-legged trail bike for riders who prefer long-travel machines.
