The Yeti Cycles Freeland 2.0 Shorts are designed to keep you moving, not just pedaling. From the gusseted crotch to the 2-way stretch construction, the Freeland allows you to shift in any direction without restriction. We like that this short is perfectly designed for post-work rides and lunchtime sessions. Glide patches ensure your pedal strokes won't be inhibited by friction while zippered thigh vents allow you to release heat when you're cranking hard. A webbing waist adjustment and a silicone grip strip ensure the shorts hold their position as you ride, and Yeti added a DWR treatment to help the shorts shed mud and stains.

I have never not fit a medium before in my life, and I did not fit these medium shorts. Made the mistake of wearing them first time in a race, tried a few other times to wear them riding, now I only wear them around the house, nice pockets, but they still fit small while sitting and walking. They are very warm! (not a bad thing, if you live in cold places)

Horrible, tore on 1st ride

Initially I thought the shorts felt great. Literally on my first ride a hole tore through the shorts when my rear tire touched my butt on a slow, steep decent. I reached out to customer service and was told it is not damage that was covered under any type of warranty. I have had many other riding shorts that have taken much, much worse and held up better...especially for the price, pass on these. They should last a season, not a ride.

Size is incorrect

Make sure to order one size up. I've fit medium everything my entire life and basically never go wrong ordering and using medium. This medium is small, too small to cycle unfortunately, and even too small to walk comfortably. Order at least one size up, or just pick different shorts.
