Why We Like the Wahoo KICKR AXIS Upgrade Kit
The KICKR AXIS Upgrade Kit replaces the feet on our existing Wahoo KICKR to provide three stiffness levels that add more realistic riding sensations to our indoor sessions. The side-to-side function helps us relieve overworked cycling muscles targeted by fixed trainers and build more stability that translates to outdoor riding.

Great upgrade
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
If using an older Kickr on hard surface like basement concrete you'll appreciate these immediately. At the CslC current price just grab them. The side to side play is nice but also quieter and just less fatigue on long seated sections.

Good Enough
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This is not going to give you the same motion as a rocker plate, but I find that it is adequate. I had been using tennis balls on the legs of my Wahoo but wanted something a little more stable. Got theses and found it provides just enough sway to take the ridged feeling out of a trainer. It comes with three different attachments for adjusting the flex, but really just go to the most flex. The others really are not sufficient.
