Fork Seal Installation Tool
When pulling apart your suspension fork for service, it's always recommended that you install new seals when putting it all back together. Sliding the seals in straight, however, can be difficult without the right tool, and crooked seals can severely impair your fork's function. Do it right the first time with the Unior Fork Seal Installation Tool. Available in four sizes for forks with stanchions of 32, 34, 35/36, or 40 millimeters, the tool slides the seals into the fork lowers smoothly and evenly so you don't have to second-guess the job.

Junk!
This product allows you to push the seal in too deep due to the outside diameter being to small. Other seal tool stop the seal flush with the fork body, because the OD is wider than the fork ID slot for the seal. Yes, you can eye ball it, but you will never get the seal perfectly aligned like other seal tools do.

These work awesome to set seals in place if you decide to do a lower oil fork service on your fork. Nice non damaging delrin plastic, and a nice long alignment tube to make sure you don't press the seals in crooked.

I second Steven K. I would order one of these right now if available in a 34mm size.

Are you getting the other sizes of these in again? I need 32 and 34.

Hi Steven, Looks like we have some of the 32's on order right now set to hopefully arrive sometime in mid September. None of the 34's on order currently so can't give you a timeline on those. Please reach out to me directly if you need anything else. - Matthew Pizza - Expert Gearhead

If you ever plan on replacing your seal yourself this tool is essential! Very easy to use and works like a charm.

I just used this tool to install 36mm wiper seals. I agree that it is possible to set the seal too deep because of the design of the tool. I also agree that the fox equivalent will not allow this to happen. That said. If you lubricate the seal with a little oil first, it doesn’t take much force to set the seal. Gentle taps with a rubber mallet were sufficient to get the seal flush without driving it too deep. Honestly, if I had seen your review before I bought this tool, I probably would have just bought the Fox one, but having used it I think it is more than adequate and just requires a little more care.
