My arches need all the support they can get. These sock liners fit perfectly. They provide additional stability and support, I got a pair for both my road and gravel shoes.

Specialized Body Geometry SL Insoles
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times

- 43
Run true to size but thicker than original insoles. With my high instep these only work in my shoes with more volume/space. They are very comfortable in the shoes that fit. Haven’t done more than 30 trainer miles at once them. Total of approximately 500 miles. Would recommend for shoes with enough volume. My other shoes are too tight with these insoles.

Great Footbeds
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I bought my first pair of these footbeds in 2014 when I did a ride across America, some 3,600 miles without any problems. I have used them ever since. It was time for new ones, and I knew just where to turn - - Specialized Footbeds from Competitive Cyclist.

Does what they say

Have higher arches than the standard insoles supported. These fixed that problem. I have the wide s-works torch and these insoles fit just fine

So, I bought Specialized shoes a while back that are the absolute lightest shoes on the market. They're S-Works Exos shoes. I started to get plantar fascia pain and the insoles cleared it up in two weeks. I got two pairs and put the other one in my running shoes. Before this summer, I'm planning to get a pair for my MTB shoes and for the shoes I use with the indoor trainer. I just wish that the S-Works shoes themselves came with these insoles, however, as a $500 set of cycling shoes really needs these.

I ordered size 44-45 for my shoe size 44.5. They were about 48-49 if not larger. Once I cut one to the same size as my 44.5 insert it threw the arch into my forefoot. Useless now and are in the trash.

What a big difference new insoles in a road bike shoe makes!! I was researching about knee pain for cyclist and one overlooked area for me was my insoles and how old they were! "Yikes" Never ever changed them since my road shoes were new and now they fit even better with brand new insoles!

Comfortable once you're used to it
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Thought I would try these out since I was getting some pretty sore feet all of a sudden with my 20 year old Superfeet. At the beginning of each ride I feel a huge lump over the "metatarsal button," but the feeling goes away after a few miles and they're pretty comfortable. The soreness went away so I guess they work as advertised. Took away 1 star in the rating because that lump just feels so strange. To size your arch, take a look at your wet footprint, if your arch goes halfway across the footprint then you have a medium arch (blue), adjust your arch heigh accordingly based on how your footprint looks.

I have odd shaped feet.

These just did not work for me. The arch was too tall, I was expecting them to be like the sole that came in my specialized torch 2.0 shoe. If you have taller arches, this will definitely work for you.
