I love these Body Geometry insoles. I run them in my 5.10's and in my Giro and Shimano road shoes. The problem with the swappable arches in the Giro and Shimano shoes is that they tend to pack out rather quickly and aren't the most supportive. I have pretty average arches and opt for the blue insoles. I can feel that they are more supportive from day 1 and thousands of miles later they still feel great! Red = The least amount or Lowest Arch Support Blue = Medium Arch Support Green = Higher Arch Support

Never used aftermarket footbeds before, but tried a set of red (+1) and they work really well - put them in one of my older cheaper Shimano MTB shoes and I am really happy with how they feel on the bike -- when I first put them in at home it did not feel like they were going to do much, but once you get going on the bike you can feel the arch support; the subtle stability of the heel cup; and a more solid all round "foot hugging" feel from the shoe - I am going to grab a few more pairs

It says there are 3 different levels of arch support, but only 2 colors shown....Soooo how am I to know which size/color to order???
