The 2FO Clip 2.0 Mountain Bike Shoe is the choice for Specialized professional downhill and trail racers for its lightness, quick-drying comfort, and security both in and out of the pedal. The two-bolt cleat pattern has an extended length (4mm) for rearward cleat setups, and the Specialized Landing Strip assists with foot-out riding. The shoe's midsole is stiff for high-performance pedaling, and there's a layer of EVA to soften landings. Specialized also made the 2FO Clip 2.0 with the Body Geometry sole construction that aligns your hips, knees, and feet to reduce the chance of injury and boost your power.

Just Dope
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This is my 2nd pair of specialized 2FOs. My 1st pair were boas and I was hesitant to go with the lace-ups but they are 10 times more comfortable than the boas. I really haven't had any heel slip while riding or pedaling and the contact to my Mallets is awesome. What I love most is that my clips do not contact the ground when walking and I think that will preserve them a bit more and the engagement to my pedals is just perfect. Last but not least is the subtle rise on the inside of each shoe which protects the ankles a bit more. Just a comfortable shoe with good protection and good grip.
