Why We Like The Attack MTB ChromaPop Sunglasses
The Attack MTB ChromaPop Sunglasses sport impressive coverage, durable materials, and optimized tints for riding off-road. They protect our eyes from errant trail debris and the sun's rays. Moreover, we also get a sharp field of vision thanks to ChromaPop technology. Smith provides two of its flagship lenses, one that's a darker tint for more exposed trails and a low light Amber lens when deep under a canopy of trees. Both tints reduce color confusion while filtering harmful UV rays for a crisper field of view and better color contrasts. The lens shape increases coverage area for added protection from the wind, light, and debris, while the partial frame front and strategically placed vents integrate with Smith cycling helmets for a gap-free fit and enhanced ventilation for fog-free performance. Lastly, these sunglasses are equipped with Smith's quick-release MAG interchangeable system and come with a zipper case and microfiber bag for protection for when you're not wearing them.

My go-to sunglasses
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Is there a familiarity option for "used and abused" because "I have put it through the wringer" is an understatement to what my pair of Attack MTBs has been through over the past year or two. Just to state a few of the mishaps, they have taken branches to the face, direct hits during crashes, been sat on, and dropped lens first onto the pavement a million times. Every time, I've just picked them back up, snapped the arms back onto the lenses, and went about my day. They integrate perfectly into the Smith Forefront and Network helmets and did okay with my Bell Super 2 as well. For size reference, I have a relatively small face and wear a medium helmet pretty much across the board. These have become my go-to sunglasses for anything outdoors where there is the slightest chance of fogged lenses. They're perfect for mountain biking and gravel riding, but also will keep your eyes happy while slaying the skin track or getting after the next peak on your never-ending list. Oh and even if you forget to unclip at the end of your ride, at least you'll look cool doing it!
