SchwalbePro One Evolution Tire - Tubeless
Item # SCHG003
Pro One Evolution Tire
Schwalbe aims to make high-end tubeless both easier to set up, and more refined than before with its Pro One Evolution Tire. This sleek road rubber sets the benchmark with riding characteristics that are smooth, and remarkably similar to a tubular tire, but with improved flat protection, and infinitely easier setup that doesn't come along with swathes of noxious glue.
- Easy-setup tires for racing with extra flat protection
- Schwalbe's Evolution line provides the highest grade materials
- Tubeless-Easy technology makes tubeless setup a breeze
- V-Guard fabric protection reduces flats and sidewall tears
- ADDIX Race compound has minimal rolling resistance, max road grip
- Souplesse Carcass creates a reliable base to build the tire on

What is the Schwalbe part number for this? I'm looking for: 11653975 as these are recommended for Enve AR4.5 wheels.

Best tubeless tires on the market
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Fit:
- True to size
I exclusively ride tubeless now and although I like to try new things, these are the ones I come back to. I have set these up on ENVE rims, Roval CLX rims, and DT Swiss rims. Every single time, they set up with just a regular floor pump and stay inflated without any sealant for a couple of hours. When combined with around 45ml of orange seal in each tire, these won't lose one PSI of pressure on any of the wheels I have had for days at a time without being inflated. They are significantly more puncture-proof than the old version, feel glued to the road, and ride very supple. The rest of this review will include comparisons to other popular tires. Compared to Hutchinson fusion 5 performance tires, these are faster and slightly more puncture-proof. Compared to Specialized Rapid-Air tires, they are significantly more puncture-proof and have a similar ride feel/grip. Compared to Continental GP5000s, they are easier to get onto wheels and ride significantly better, I found the continentals to be very harsh; although they do feel a little slower. Compared to Veloflex Corsa TLR, they are easier to set up and less harsh but have a similar grippy feeling and feel like they are around just as fast. The next tire I will be trying is the new ENVE option, but I am likely to come back to these again. They ride exactly like I want them to. I've had 5 sets since they have come out and doubt I will ride anything else long term other than to test out!

Nah, nope, uh-un
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Fit:
- True to size
- Size Bought
- 28c
I got exactly 293 miles on these tires before suffering a puncture in the rear tire. Went over a bump and heard back tire began spewing out air and later discovered a small hole in the sidewall. Purchased during the Competitive Cyclist sale, and got these at a reduced price, which was great. Tires were installed on a set of FFWD carbon wheels. Expected them to last longer on a tubeless setup, but didn't make it past two...months.

Any tire can get a sidewall puncture - and sealant doesn't reach there usually. You can patch these tires though, which is what I would do.

Impressed so far
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Only have 100miles on these tires but so far very impressed. Bought in 28c and it may be a function of going from 25c to 28c but these tires feel much more supple then previous Hutchensons I used. Tires were tight getting installed the first time but overall installation wasn't difficult with tubeless setup. These are the latest version (Art.No. 11653975).

Peter, were you able to mount the Schwalbe Pro One Tires on your Giant SLR 0 Wheelset? I have the same wheels and am thinking of trying to put these tires on, looking for further feedback.
