Changes the total experience
The MP-1 is built with quality construction and totally changed the feel of indoor cycling. I can’t believe how sitting motionless on a trainer can be seen as fun. The ability to move, shift, rock and be mobile adds to the benefits of training and increases the time spent in each session.

No Buyers Remorse!
I can't say enough good things about my MP1. I'm a engineer and was initially considering making my own rocker plate system... After a bad crash, I didn't have the time to build and decided to buy the Saris so I could start rehab ASAP. Honestly, I was concerned that I'd end up feeling like I spent too much money on this thing for what it does. Well, after several years of use, it's like new and performs flawlessly. If you can afford it, I'd recommend absolutely going for it! You'll love it. I do! (using Tacx Neo 2T).

MP-1
This is the best rocker platform available. Not stupid inflatable balls to burst or reinflate. Nice smooth motion in use. Very quiet. Some people have whined about the side rollers developing flat spots. Replacements are available here and are easy to replace. To be expected with normal use. Someone else whined about rust developing in some areas after exposure to a salt water bath. To be expected if one can't control one's sweating. This is a well designed product. If you want the best, this is it.

Surprisingly cool!
I didn’t think this was going to be so awesome. But it is. Definitely feels more like being on a bike. And I can’t flail like I could on a turbo trainer. It’s not quit rollers-level balance required, but it’s more than zero.

Makes Indoor Training More Enjoyable
Purchased the MP1 about 1 month ago. Prior to that my trainer was on a solid surface. I would occasionally experience some lower back and knee pain. After installation pains disappeared almost overnight. Installation was very simple. Getting on and off the bike while on the MP1 does present some challenges. A small step stool helps.

Everything I hoped it would be
Been riding it for about a month. It’s been inside weather for while and was surprised how much it actually feels like outside riding when I it out the other day. The best thing is it has gotten my wife back on the bike. Comfort is a big deal on stationary bike trainers and the MP1 eliminates the butt-only suspension of static trainers. Riding longer with much less squirming!

More movement and less pain!
I have spent a lot of time on the trainer since my first child was born 9-years-ago, and I have always been looking for ways to make it more enjoyable. I still prefer the trainer over the open roads in Texas for time efficiency and safety, but it can be really boring at times and cause some over use injuries. I finally decided to get the MP1 about a month ago after having some more shoulder and neck issues. I'm now wishing I did it much sooner! The movement changes everything and engages so many more muscles. It keeps everything from getting stiff and sore while sitting still up top. Plus, if you are doing a long steady session you can stand up and rock side to side for fun! For videos on my experience and some more photos check out my Instagram account, @DonutEndurance.

Sairs-MP1 Nfinity Trainer Platform
Some of my friends think this is a bit pricy, but it is worth every penny. Not only does it give you as close to a sensation of riding outside as it it can, but on longer training rides you are able to stay more relaxed in the saddle because everything is not so tight. It helps on sprinting as well. I do most of my training inside even during the season, in order to prepare for my crit races. I do ride outside, but that enables me to employ more strategy when I am riding outside rather than focus on intervals, etc. Other than the trainer itself, which is a Saris Hammer, this is the best purchase I have made....I would recommend it to anyone that does work on the trainer.

Better Than IRL
Bought the MP1 a week ago, have 400km on it this far, including a one time 120km on the trainer. Natural movement with me, less leg fatigue on endurance rides, not static on the saddle, less saddle soreness, more muscles involved. This is a game changer for indoor training and a life changer for me. I have a Cervelo S5, a Cervelo P2 and a Specialized Roubaix.. all are going to go on this at some point!! Well Done "Saris" Well Done

I've had the Trainer platform for 2+ years now and am very happy with it. I think the roller under the trainer is wearing down though. Is it possible to buy a replacement?

I'm going to put it indoors The space of the current fixed roller is enough. But if you add up the distance that the Saris mp1 moves back and forth, what is the minimum free space distance in centimeters?

Do you have a kicker bike support plan? or Do you have any plans to release a model for kicker bikes?

Is there a tire riser made for larger tire widths? I’m currently running 700x28 which fits in the V groove at the rear of the front tire riser. Thinking of changing to 700x35 slicks for winter riding. I’m concerned a 700x35 will sit on top of the V.
