Great tool, but comes with bugs
On the technical side, I think this product is amazing. The different programs, the powerful tensions, it’s clearly a professionally designed and built tool. Unfortunately it only works through an app that isn’t that well designed, and the phone keeps losing connectivity to the device. If you look at reviews it’s apparent that something is wrong because the device will lose connection to the phone roughly 6-7 times out of 10 programs you’ll run. However, since the programme is actually sent to the device, you can mostly ignore this detail and let it do its job

Stay away! Bluetooth issues are constant.
Very poor for the price you pay for. In today’s world you expect this type of tech to work seamlessly but this is not the case… In an iPhone user and when you connect the PowerDots they keep on getting disconnected. You spend a good 5mins trying to get them to work. Even when they do work, during a session they will get disconnected; disrupting your ability to change the intensity or pause your session. I’ve also tried this on Android and it’s just as poor. CX will tell you to reset the devices, re-add them on your Bluetooth but this does nothing.

Beyond my expectations!
Just used for 1 day so far and already loved it, it's another level of EMS/tens comparing to others, definitely will use it not just for injury pain relief but also massage and during training to make it more challenging!

Not worth it
I have used many TENS units over the years so was interested in a “wireless” i could conceal while working. However, unit was cumbersome. Too difficult for cervical application, pads dont stick after one use, and app was difficult. Return process is almost impossible with form that keeps reloading while you're trying to complete. Still waiting on the email with return authorization and instructions after several days. Prefer to Theragun when i get home from long day at office.

Connectivity issues
Constantly keeps disconnecting and the timer stops. Pretty sucky user experience. But the product is easy to use! I wish, it was a bit better with the experience

Device works great, however has
Device works great, however has some trouble staying connected to phone. Also can’t get replacement electrodes which limits our ability to use.

Best pain relief
I bought for recovering of ACL reconstruction and Power dot is helping with the pain and regain my muscle power. Really good and just tried for shoulder pain relief and I am not any painkiller which is great.

Potential but purchase on sale
App integration and strength of the decides Bluetooth is not strong. The devices are easy to use and for the price to result, fantastic. Once Therabody updates the app integration as they purchased blue dot I think this product could go to 5 stars along with the other Therabody products they developed. Some work to do in this one but has good potential. If you can get it on sale, worth it.
