Everything you need to ditch unnecessary rubber with tubeless-ready rims is supplied in Orange Seal's 24mm-wide MTB Tubeless Kit. This includes two 48mm removable-core Presta valves and the tool, a twist-lock injector, rim tape, and eight ounces of sealant.
Orange Seal's sealant uses nanites to quickly fill any holes, up to a 1/4in in diameter, keeping the air in and you rolling. While the nanites do the clogging, latex does the sealing, and both of these ingredients are planet friendly and biodegradable. Because Orange Seal is for cyclists by cyclists, weight was a major consideration when developing the sealant.
Due to this, Orange Seal boasts that 4oz weighs less than 120 grams. Orange Seal's MTB Tubeless Kit comes with everything needed to convert two wheels.

Nice bottle. Not worth buying .
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I am afraid I have to reiterate everything that Jwalence stated...
Tape was absolute crap. Impossible to apply w/o bubbles and creases.
This rendered everything else worthless as it leaked like a sieve .
Went and bought Stans rim tape and valves .
Waste of money to buy this kit. Darn !
On the bright side : the sealant was easy to use . I like it and will use again.
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I got this for my brother who competes in mountain biking races. He was having a lot of issues with flats mid race and thought that this would be a good alternative. He was right. I recommend taking the supplies to your local bike shop or if you've got a buddy that knows how to do the conversion, take it to them and save some cash. He has been using it for about 2 weeks now and rides everyday. No flats so far, this is a good buy.
Waste of money for the kit
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Let me start by saying the orange sealant is the best on the market..... BUT, This kit is horrible, the rim table does not hold and the valve stems are trash. I tried using this on wtb tires with wtb rims, both tubeless ready TCS system.... The tape immediately leaked sealant and the the stem also leaked immediately. They would absolutely NOT seal. I finally got advice from a local shop and used gorilla tape for the rim and got some better brand valve stems, amazingly, it worked.... What a waste of Money when I could have just purchased the sealant and other items separate for way cheaper and saved 3 days of hassle. Next time I will either get a Stan's kit or just buy the separate items....
EDIT. I contaced the company, Orange Seal, and the owner responded within a few hours. He is sending me another bottle of sealant. I would still not buy this conversion kit unless your sure the universal valve stems fit but I would buy the sealant any day of the week since it is probably the best on the market.
