Why We Like The Aro 3 Lite Helmet

The Aro 3 Lite Helmet is a hyperlite helmet that's weightless we often forget it's there. The Aro3 is built for our longest and hottest summer days in the saddle. One of the lightest in class, it also sports extra-large venting ports to keep the air cooling off our lids.

  • Lightweight helmet for road and cross country riding
  • Foam padding is naturally anti-bacterial to keep helmet fresh
  • BOA Dial keeps helmet snug and secure
  • Large air vents invite buckets of airflow

Great lightweight helmet

I was looking for a lighter color and lighter weight helmet for warm weather riding. I purchased a size Large after checking and double-checking my head measurements and the fit was almost perfect straight out of the box. The Boa system does a great job of fitting snugly to my head and the helmet appears to "float" above it. I can barely tell it is on my head. The venting is really good and although I was only able to get one ride in on a 80+ degree day, it did a great job of keeping my cool. It seems to be well made and the chin strap fits well around my ears and is comfortable as well.

How does this helmet differ from the standard Aro 3?
