Description

A little extra space.

When you find yourself wishing your jersey had a little more pocket space, add the Lezyne Road Caddy Saddle Bag to your setup. This streamlined bag secures small items with a zippered closure, and attaches to the seat rails with a hook-and-loop strap that provides a customized fit. The wide strap eliminates the need for a post strap, making the Road Caddy compatible with droppers as well as any diameter seat post. Durable nylon has a DWR treatment to help it shed moisture, keeping your gear from getting soaked.

Wrong Picture for the XL

Fit:
Runs large
Size Bought
XL

The picture is not accurate for the XL. I figured it would be a little bit bigger, but it's a lot bigger and does not fit neatly under the saddle, instead projecting a couple of inches out. Seems to be well constructed and would be great if you want to bring a tube, tools, inflater, CO2, keys, and some snacks.

This thing is miniscule....

Fit:
Runs small
Height
6` 1"
Weight
260 lbs

Top notch workmanship as you would expect from this brand. But it has a very very small capacity. I am running 32s on my road bike and even rolled very tight, it barely holds one specialized 28-35 tube. You can kinda wedge one Pedro's lever in, ONE 20G CO2, one air chuck and a VERY small bike tool. And do you really feel good about ONE CO2 cartridge? I could not get my tubeless patch kit to fit. It is not very realistic to fit what you might actually need in the event of a flat into this bag. What's worse, not having a tool kit or having a tool kit that doesn't hold the essentials? I might put the tube in a back pocket as that is the only way I see getting the essentials to fit..... It is just too small....

Great Minimalist/Weight Weenie bag

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I love this bag, it's easy to install and take-off the bike, and is extremely secure, you don't feel it while riding at all and I think it looks really good. It does soak up water, but keeps contents relatively dry for not being waterproof/resistant at all. This bag is small, I have tire levers, a spare tubolito tube, multi-tool, and some other odds and ends in it and it's maxed out. I carry my pump by my bottle cage, and light on my seatpost. Everything you might need for most rides, and nothing you don't. I would recommend this if you're looking for something smaller/sleeker.

Small

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

Good construction, sturdy zip, and strong velcro. But way to small to fit stuff in. Had a hard time closing a road tube and a co2 cartridge. No way was I fitting a multi tool and a tire levels and anything else in there. Good if you don't want to carry much w/ you. Dimensions : 4"x4.5"x1"

Perfect for road bike

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Fit:
True to size

I am a big fan of this saddle bag. It is small, but not too small, and sucks up to the bottom of your saddle. In mine I carry a co2 canister, a tubeless kit, multi tool, tire lever, tire patch kit, and spare cash. When I want running tubeless for road, I had a spare tube instead of the tubeless plush kit. Also, please note that it can absorb water from road spray.

A little too small

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Fit:
Runs small

I wanted a low profile seat bag, but it is so low profile it is almost unusable for me. Takes an act of god to get a road tire, levers and tool and zipped up. A little time consuming to put on and take off as well. Not a fan.

minimalist

great minimalist option, keep hidden out of view, will hold basics for road bike - tire, lever, 2 co2's. or basics for mtb - lever plug kit, 2 co2's. I can fit a 29" tube in by itself. small enough to throw in jersey pocket as well.

Slim and Big Enough

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I had a saddle bag that was small but had a bulbous profile and the seat post strap was too long and awkward... so I bought this one. It skips the seat post strap altogether and just uses the rails. I love the way it's snug to the base of the saddle and almost as wide as the saddle. It looks good. I have a 700x25 tube, 3 metal tire levers, a patch kit, a multitool in a separate pocket, and a little wet nap pack in it and it's basically about to burst but it all fits. It's a great bag but you have to fully undo the hook and loop strap to open it because the zipper runs almost all the way around. No big deal. Buy it!!!!!
