Lid sucks

Small, cheap, ok for what it is, but the lid will come off if you screw it down at all snug. It's just not well made.

Needs to be thicker and the lid SUCKS!!!

A friend and I both purchased these and the lid if very easy to overtighten because it won't tighten enough. It pops off so easy I actually have to put it in the bottle cage upside-down. I happened to see these exact containers with a different logo on them at a cycling shop and they have the exact same problem. They really need to be a little thinker plastic so they don't flex as easy. Especally when trying to jam stuff into them so things don't rattle.

So I got this going for me which is nice

I'm new to water bottle cages. In the past, I've always just suffered without water, carried a small nalgene in my pack, or used a reservoir. Still a bit unsure about this whole water bottle/cage thing - so at such a cheap price, I figured I'd get this caddy so that my cage wouldn't be a complete waste. I can fit a spare 700cc tube in this, plus my tire levers, and a multi tool. There's still room in there for a small energy bar (or I think a CO2 canister would still fit, too - I use a small pump, which I can't store in this). I like that all that stuff is neatly contained in a more rigid package than a tool roll or pouch. If it's not in the cage, it's easy to throw in my pack, or even a jersey pocket. It's nice to have options going...

Lezyne Flow Caddy
I keep my co2 canisters, adapter, tire levers, multi-tool, and some other odds and ends in here. This does NOT come with the organizer.

I don't really like saddle bags that break up the clean aesthetic of a road bike and slowly eat away at your favorite shorts. I'm also not a fan of overly-stuffed jersey pockets, especially when I reach for something in the bottom of a given pocket and get a whole mess of items spilling out instead (which is easy to do with winter gloves on). Call me clumsy if you'd like. As such, this item is a natural fit for me. It's perfect for shorter rides that only require one bottle, or rides where drinkable water is abundant. Also, if you're like me have and have a touring bike with a third bottle mount on the bottom of your downtube (which you probably don't, since you're on this site, but nonetheless) it makes for a nice place to stow extra stuff. As another employee noted, this item is for the empty vessel only. The caddy itself is a very straightforward item; it's a cylindrical container with a top that threads on. I also recommend wrapping heavier items in a sock or similar before putting them in the caddy, which helps to avoid things clanging around. I'm used to wrapping things in socks before heading out for a ride, so that adjustment was not a hard one. It will not. I've got an iPhone 6S and it doesn't fit.

Could I fit a 27.5" spare in one of these?

Does this come with the wrap pictured? The user review states that it doesn't.

Hey Gene, This particular Flow Caddy, is just the vessel. The wrap is separate!

Convenient Tool Storage
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This bottle is just the right size to carry spares and tool on your bike. Fits great on a bottle cage and is easy to open or close with the twist top. I did have to wrap my tools and other stuff that rattled around in a couple shop towels and a rubber band to keep things quiet but it is nice to have a couple paper towels to clean up after fixing a chain. I assume the version with the tool pouch would eliminate the rattle issue.

Would it fit an iPhone 7? (not the massive plus version)
