Great Cool Weather Gear

I live in the Pacific Northwest and our fall/winter/spring here can be cool (10 C/50 F) and sometimes cold (sub-50) and almost always damp. While these are not exactly winter weight, they do have the wind block material, so a liner with leggings is recommended. For sizing, I am 5'10", 175 Lbs and the size 34" waist is perfect. I have a 32" inseam.
