While most cycling vests are designed to be lightweight and windproof, and only worn when needed, the De Marchi Contour Plus 3L Softshell Vest is designed to be worn for the entirety of your ride. Ideally layered atop De Marchi's Contour Jersey, or any similarly warm, long-sleeve riding garment -- including your favorite cool weather arm warmers, this softshell vest provides that added bit of dedicated wind and waterproofing to most efficiently keep your core temperature regulated. Of course, despite its absence of arms, De Marchi's superlative Contour fit is not lost on this vest, as you'll still get that sublime, anatomic fit for which the Italian cycling tailors are so renowned.

The Contour Plus 3L Softshell Vest gets its name from its three-layer construction: a windproof Windtex membrane sandwiched betwixt De Marchi's durable soft shell Thermashield and a soft, polyester microfleece which lines the vest's interior. The element-facing sides of the fabric are also treated with a protective Teflon application which helps better shield you from wet spray or mud stains.

The De Marchi Contour Plus 3L Softshell Vest comes in Black, and in six sizes: Small through XXX-Large. A single zippered rear security pocket provides quick access to a stashed phone or media player.
