Continental's Revo Sealant will help you patch small punctures in tires and tubes, but it will also seal up your tubeless setup to prevent leaks, making it the only sealant you'll need in your repair kit.

The leading tubeless sealant is latex-based with a little amonia mixed in to keep things flowing freely. As a result it smells something like housepaint mixed with glass cleaner, an aroma that no one would describe as pleasant. Continental Revo Sealant is synthetic, and has an inoffensive piney scent. It flows well through a valve with an injector tool, seals tires easily and persists for several months. As with all tubeless sealants, shake well before using.
I've been using Continentals Revo sealant this entire season with good luck. I can't tell much of a difference from Stan's, they seem to seal the same and last just about as long. However I have heard from several sources you definitely don't want to mix this stuff with Stan's. Of course this was AFTER I already had, and the world did not come to an end, so there's that. I would recommend installing sealant using a syringe that fits to a presta valve. You don't know what you're missing if you don't.
