Why We Like The Prima Bib Short
Many brands claim to bring premium features to their entry-level apparel, while Castelli delivers on that design with the Prima Bib Short. The Prima Bib features the same insert and upper construction as Castelli’s pro-level bibs, at an approachable price point for the burgeoning cyclist. Lycra fabric provides gentle compression in an anatomic fit, while the KISS Air2 chamois keeps you comfortable with breathable padding and seamless construction. The Giro3 leg grippers make sure the shorts stay perfectly in place throughout your ride, without pinching or causing discomfort.

Great for price

A nice bib, ran a little tighter than my Castelli cargo bibs. Chamois not as padded as others but this is their entry level bib, and its still a better pad than Rapha.

My Bottom is Forever Grateful

I?ve tried quite a few padded shorts, and nothing helped fully. I still had saddle bone pain pretty bad. I saw these recommended for petite women (I?m 5?2.5?), so I dug deep in my wallet, and took a chance. THRILLED that I did ! I?m no longer in pain during or after, which is great. The logo did fall off the first time I wore them, hence the 1 star deduction. Other than that, I?ll be buying a second pair.
