Why We Like The Polare Bib Tight

Our cycling season ends when we say it does and not when the weather dictates, but that means we need to be prepared for the winter with apparel like the Polare Bib Tight. Castelli designed this tight for nerds like us who don't care if there's a chill in the air and frost on the ground, but also for those who just like to dress extra warm. Thermal and GORE-TEX fabric keeps the wind and cold at bay, and reflective details ensure we're seen in the low-light conditions that are so common in winter months.

ride in the cold

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

5'8, 155# Generally size 10, mostly a medium, bought a Large. I opted for the large because I was concerned that the leg would not give, it was a thicker material. I could have, maybe, fit a medium, but, these fit okay. Sometimes a little room is easier to get on and off than a little tight (tight). I rode with these in freezing temperatures, once 30F and sunny they were perfectly warm and once 30F cloudy and windy still warm however, my back checks were a bit cold by the end of my ride. I live in Colorado, so these are typical early winter temps and these are worth it.
