Still more work to do

The streamlined TT bottles sound wonderful and are more aerodynamic, but when they pop out 400m into a 40K TT at the first little bump when it is 85F all the benefits are lost. Arundel as well as the other aero bottle vendors still have work to. My suggestion is that they do what forgot to do with my new Arundel--place self-adhesive sandpaper on the cage on both tabs.

Thanks. This is helpful. I just got one of these to replace an Elite Crono that I put Gorilla tape on to stop it from rattling and popping out. On that one the cage “arms” deformed open a bit so it was a loose fit. I thought the carbon cage on this would fix that issue. I’m guessing that in the heat, especially, the narrow bottle is too easily compressed between the cage arms. I’ll apply either Gorilla tape or the sandpaper tape I have before using this setup.
