Perfect gift

For some reason, I'm inexplicably, irrationally drawn to certain beefy, manly outdoor cooking gear -- gas grills, cast iron, Yeti Coolers, and ... large thermoses. The Yeti Rambler Bottle 36oz more than fits this bill and then performs up to standard. Great for soup, tea, or coffee on cold mornings or beer, wine, lemonade or just ice cold water in the peak of summer.

I gave the Yeti Rambler Bottle as a gift to an avid elk hunter and have heard nothing but good things.

    Very Cool

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This bottle works amazing. Ice lasts for days. It keeps your drink cold for longer than you could possibly need it. The bottle is durable when dropped, and the wide mouth makes it nice for filling and drinking. Definitely worth the money, they are more expensive than other brands, but for good reason.

    Chilled

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I thought it was time that I should jump in and see what the hype is all about with Yeti products and after using this for the past week, I see why everyone swears by their products to keep things cold or hot.
I like how wide the mouth is and it makes it easy to add ice from a machine. The ice that I add will easily stay in the bottle for two days when using cold water. Other ones I've used would be lucky to keep it cold for 12-18 hours before the ice melted away.
Don't question the purchase, buy it and thank me later.

    Keeping me cool for days

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I got this bottle after my frustrations with Patagonia's version of the double wall. What I love about this bottle is the huge mouth that accommodates even the bridge of my nose. The build is tops and when I fill it up with ice water, I still have remnants of ice 2-3 days later when left in my work backpack getting ready for the next work day. Now I do have to say, that being that there are probably hundreds of companies with knock offs, the Yeti isn't as special anymore. my buddy got a knock off for 19 dollars for the same size bottle which looks almost identical minus the YETI stamp. We filled both of our bottles up with the same amount of ice and water and checked them out periodically over a week long road trip. Both of our bottles still had some ice at almost 72 hours. That said the price tag is really hefty for the name. Other than that, the bottle does exactly what I bought it to do, and that is to keep stuff cold for a whole 12 hour shift at the hospital. If your looking for a bottle like this one, I would probably tell you unless your buying the name, there are plenty of other bottles out there that are identical to this one. As far as build and durability, this bottle doesn't dent and blemish easy like my Patagonia did. The steel is top notch. I can't say that the knock offs are as good in that category.

    Best bottle I own

I have taking this on every trip I've been on and it's still amazing. Best bottle i ever had. Bought a second one days after I lost my first one. Couldn't live without it now

      yeti does it again

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

you can not go wrong with this water bottle, even though you will pay a little bit more for them, they are so worth it. they keep your drinks warmer and colder for longer. and feel more durable then most water bottles.

      Great Bottle

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I remains in the bottle over night. It is sturdy, looks great and is built to last. Just buy one.

      Great design, great insulation

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is my first Yeti item and so far I think it holds up to the Yeti brand that I had imagined and really does an excellent job of insulating for the long haul. Recently had it filled with cocoa for 10 hours and it was toasty to the last drop. Haven't tried keeping anything cold yet, but looking forward to testing it out when the weather warms up. Another great thing about this bottle is the lid. At first, I thought it was going to be cumbersome, but the large grip handle makes for easy carrying even with a light pair of gloves on. Also clips well onto carabiners!

perfect for travel and also good growler

So im into craft beer and sometimes i remember i have this in the car when im out, so i go and drink the water and take it inside to get a refill to take home, keeps the beer nice and cold and seals up the foam nicely... its also great for water :-D

      Great gift

I bought this as a birthday gift for my dad and he's used it a ton while golfing for both hot and cold beverages - he loves it and says it's "bomber"

        Yeti forever

        • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

It's a gift for Christmas haven't tested it out yet

        can't be beat

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Before the Rambler was produced, i wrote a review saying the Stanley was the best thermos out there. This thing puts the Stanley to shame. The downside is that it's a little big and heavy, but that's the tradeoff with having bomber insulation. Case in point: i boiled water at 5am. At 3pm, it was still too hot to drink. This was in temps ranging from 30-60 thruout the day. It's expensive and Yeti never goes on sale, but if u can bite the bullet, you will not do any better than this. Hunting, fishing, skiing, u name it, this will work

        Ice Cold

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Yeti's are wild, and so is this bottle. This bottle will keep your drink chilled all day! It's incredible! It's a little heavy for an everyday water bottle but just right for any adventure.

        Cold Water

I've also taken for granted that the water in my bottle is going to get warm so it was a bit of a revelation to take this on a hike for the first time. Over the weekend I added a cocktail ice sphere and cold water from my tap and had refreshingly cold water my entire 5 hour hike. The bottle is a little bigger than I'd like and the price is hard to swallow but the performance is hard to argue with.

          Awesome Bottle!!

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This Bottle will keep your Ice coffee, Ice Cold all Day and then some!! I am getting the bigger one next!! Amazing

Glad you're stoked Richard! Hit me up when you're ready to grab that next size!

          Perfect All Year Round

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great for full day fishing trips in Fall and Winter where hot tomato soup can keep you warm on the river, and big enough for two people to share. This is also an amazing gift for the avid hunter, fisherman, hiker, skier and outdoors person who spends any time in cold weather.

          Best Thing EVER!

          • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got this for my husband as a father's day gift for a better take to work option of a water bottle. He's fairly obsessed with cold water and this thing is amazing at keep water cold. He's had it in the car on 90 degree days and comments that the water seems colder 8 hours later.
