Great thermos

The Yeti Rambler 18oz is the perfect size for taking your every day coffee or tea with you when you're running out the door in a hurry. It's also small enough to stow in a pack to have a refreshing warm break during backcountry skiing. Anytime you need to keep something hot or cold, the Rambler is the perfect choice. And since it's Yeti, it's durable and will perform.

I don't leave home without it

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This water bottle is fantastic. It keeps cold water cold in a hot car for hours. I swear it makes it taste better too. I plan on buying several more of these as gifts for the holiday season.

    The Rambler is the best!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought one for my daughter who wanted a Hydro Flask for the office. The Yeti is much better! I've now bought 10 or 12 of them for gifts and everyone loves and them. They are mostly used in office settings where they keep cold drinks really cold and DO NOT SWEAT. Expensive compared to competing products, but built much better. I like the 36 oz better, but consume lots of water through out the day.

Thanks for this Ed! I couldn't agree more. HydroFlasks are pretty sweet, but something about the Ramblers design gives better retention by comparison.

    Worth the investment

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

After having numerous Yeti products that we were completely satisfied with we invested in this water bottle simply for the size and the leak proof lid. The rambler cups with lids are wonderful keeping cold drinks ice cold even in the sun, but were not spill proof. We didn't want the larger bottle simply because it does not fit in the drink holders in our cars or in the bottle pockets in our backpacks. Using this for travel and daily use we are yet again pleased with another Yeti product.

    Fabulous water bottle

Bought this for my Grandson, he plays a lot of sports. This Yeti keeps his water cold all day. Well worth the money I paid for it. He carries it every day, to school and to practices and stuff.

      Bike Commute Coffee Transport Device

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I do all kinds of active stuff, so I have lots of water bottles; most of which are the basic plastic ones from races, but I have a couple nice ones (Camelback Podium/Eddy). If I'm hiking, biking, travelling or playing some soccer, I'll grab ones of those because they're bigger and I don't really need something insulated.

However, this is perfect for taking coffee to work while bike commuting. I can throw it in my bag or the stretchy side pocket and secure it with a carabiner and not have to worry about it leaking or falling out. While 18oz is small for water, it's great for a cup in the morning, and another in the afternoon. Dishwasher safe is a big plus too! $30 is pricey, but the leak-proof, carabiner-friendly design are pretty cool.

      nice size for daily use

easy to carry around with the 3 fingers grip and, always keeps my drinks cold.

      Who doesn't love a Yeti

Bought this for my son. He loves it and uses it a lot. Great for him to keep water in during sports practices.

Too Small For Water, Not Cheap

I bought this based on my experience with other Yeti products like their Colster and have been similarly impressed. This 18 oz. size is a bit small for water on all but short hikes but is perfectly sized for hot drinks in the winter while ski touring. I wasn't psyched on the price but I at least feel like I've paid for quality.

        Worth the price

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Keeps things cold and the quality is so good you know it'll last forever.

        Built tough. Expensive

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Expensive piece of hardware. I own this bottle and similar products from Hydroflask and Stanley. Don't see any difference in performance. But I paid for the brand name I guess.
