There are quite a few mid-travel bikes out there, but only a few that descend and climb with equal prowess. The trail-focused Yeti SB130 is at home on trails all over the world, from the loam of British Columbia to the dry, dusty trails of the Southwest desert. With 130mm of Fox Factory-supported Switch Infinity rear travel, the SB130 minimizes pedal bob while still providing impeccable rear wheel traction and small bump sensitivity. The C/Series carbon frame construction is dependable and strong to carry us through season after season of hard riding. A steep seat tube angle and long reach put us in a perfect position to tackle big climbs, and a 150mm fork is paired to a slack 65.5-degree headtube angle for precision handling ready to bob and weave down any descent we throw at it. The big wheels and enduro-focused geometry mean we can keep our speed up and push ourselves outside our comfort zone a bit more.
The SB130 C1 Factory kit is smartly built up to take care of our everyday riding duties and those big days of harsh, technical riding. The 12-speed Shimano SLX drivetrain shifts smoothly and reliably while sporting a wide gear range so we have a gear to ride just about any grade no matter how steep. A Fox Factory Float X supports the seemingly bottomless rear travel, and a Fox Factory 36 fork handles the suspension duties up front with 150mm of travel and an easy-to-adjust FIT4 damper so we can dial our suspension to fit our riding style. The Yeti SB130 C1 SLX Factory Mountain Bike proves to be a one-bike quiver ready to conquer big climbs and send even bigger descents.
*Due to a high demand in the global supply chain and bike industry since the start of the pandemic, material weight and exact components are subject to change.
