Comfort and performance for the long haul.

Extensively tested by Yeti's World Cup team, the Yeti Men's Enduro Shorts deliver uncompromising fit and performance for ripping technical singletrack and demanding stretches of trail. Its nylon, spandex body provides lightweight comfort and ample stretch for cranking out the miles. Stretch panels offer full mobility for negotiating on-trail obstacles, such as technical rock gardens, root-lined trail sections, and precarious plank trails. The shorts' low-profile tech webbing waist adjusts for a secure fit, especially considering the silicone grip strip for non-slip wear. Other cool features include a zippered back pocket for storing small snacks and on-trail accessories, as well as a slim, race-specific fit that won't leave you pulling up your shorts every five minutes on the trail.

Note that the Enduro Shorts, like all of Yeti's bike shorts, are fully compatible with the Italian-made Yeti Como liner (sold separately), which features a built-in chamois for added comfort and performance on longer rides.

  • Ultra-light nylon/spandex fabric with DWR finish
  • Slim, race fit
  • Stretch panels
  • Low-profile tech webbing waist adjustment

Great shorts

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Large

These shorts are soft, stretchy and overflowing with style. The lack of pockets doesn't slow these bad boys down. I have had nothing but good rides in these, no complaints

No pockets

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: XXL

Got these for a really good price but was disappointed when I tried them on. Despite a nice fit, not as baggy as most MB shorts, I just can't live without pockets. There is one small pocket in the back but that's hardly adequate. How many times have you gone home from a ride and NOT stopped for a beer or something else that requires carrying a wallet and cell phone? Maybe these are good shorts for racer types, but I am disappointed that Yeti followed the trend of running short companies and left the important pockets off.

trim, stretchy

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: medium

great shorts. they have a trim profile which is efficient when pedaling in the saddle, but are very stretchy and allow unrestrained flexibility and movement. very thin material breathes nicely and seems to be hydrophobic.

Do Yeti shorts have a padding?

The Enduro’s are fully combatable with the Yeti Como liner which is sold separately or could use with another liner! If you have any questions on these shorts or which liner to pair with them, feel free to give a shout at my direct line 801.204.4547 or email Cheers, Connor

Great lightweight short

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Large

I love these shorts. I have thin legs so some of the baggier options just look weird on my body type. These are a bit more form fitting, but they are super stretchy so they do not feel constricting in any way. The waist runs small, I had to order a 34 waist and I am consistently a 32 waist in pretty much everything else. Lack of pockets can be an issue for some, but I ride with a pack so it is not an issue for me.

Slim and Fast

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small

These shorts are great. The material is thin and vents well. The slim fit is great for pedaling and ensures they won't get caught on your saddle when you need to get back over the rear wheel.

I found the shorts run slightly small. I'm typically a large or 34 in most shorts and I purchased the XL in these. They fit well and with the waist adjustment you can dial in the fit. Only major complaint I have is I wish there was 1 additional pocket. The small rear zippered pocket is perfect to hold a car key but won't hold much else.

My go-to shorts

2 months of use

Pretty accurate reviews here. At first they feel a size small but after they stretch slightly I'd say it's in between most other shorts. I normally wear a 32 and got the Larges per other comments and there's room left in them after two rides of break-in.

I love these shorts. Plenty of flex and movement. Fit a chamois easily and do not feel loose without. Very well made with top quality material and stitching. High back is nice to keep the plumbers crack at a minimum. Length isn't too much like some enduro shorts. I'm definitely buying a couple more pair.

Order one size larger

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Large all reviews, def order one size larger. I wear a 33" jeans and I picked up the Larger. It's snug, but works for me. The other thing to note is there is only one pocket at the back middle of the shorts. I imagine anything you put in there is going to get S-W-E-A-T-Y. Otherwise they are incredibly comfortable. Been wearing them the last few hours watching Netflix. Can't wait to ride in them.

runs small

  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: large

i purchase large mtb shorts and they are almost always baggy/loose, which i like. purchased these in large and they were skin tight on my thighs and crotch area. they run very small in sizing.

Nice shorts but no hip room

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: xl

These shorts are very well made and the material is light and nice, but the slim sizing warnings are correct. I bought a 38" to be safe and the the waist was a couple inches too big, a true 38". However the hips are tight and when you cinch the waist it gets worse. So if you have wide hips, try a different short. If you have narrow hips, you will love these.

You are correct, my waistline is 30 and got a medium size but hips are tight.

I wear a XXL in almost every brand Prana, Rei, Arc'tryx, etc. but it's weird when a pair of fox head bike shorts that are a XL fit very well in the waist but a pair of these XXL leave me inches short of buttoning. I'm 6'4" 250lbs and ride a XL Yeti SB6c.

What is the inseam length on these shorts?

    Breathable, stretchy and slim

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Medium 32

This is a great bike shorts... excellent for racing or day long rides if you don't care about pockets. There is a single pocket in the back at the waist which is great for a couple of sting honey gels or car key.

The fit is really slim almost to the point of being too much, so if you are in between sizes, it's better to size up. I'd say it runs a little small, but not much, even considering it's supposed to be a tight fit.

The fabric is stretchy which helps when pedaling so it's not restrictive in any way. Also seems durable, I don't expect the fabric to rip apart on small crashes or anything like that!

Be aware if you use burly knee pads you might not be able to fit, I have a hard time using my IXS Carve pads, they work but I wish there were a bit more space. I might try the freeland shorts next and keep this for when I don't need my burly pads.

    Slim & Thin

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium

These shorts have a nice fit & finish thin yet durable, I use them in everything from 95+ degree heat to 50 degree and rain. They are my go to shorts right now, the stretchy material feels great when pedaling, almost feels like you are wearing nothing at all, yet you still feel covered. Roomy enough for pads. Back pocket is kinda useless, but I carry a pack anyway. I dig the minimalist style. Not sure I would pay full price, but I like them on sale.

    Enduro a go go

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

I've been in a bit of a minimalist phase with clothing this year. Why? Dunno. Maybe so I can run heavier tires? These shorts fit the bill. They are light and comfortable, don't hang up on the seat and wick well.
The fit is snug. Almost too snug, but with the stretch it's okay. In previous Yeti shorts I'm a large, with these I'm a medium and it's a small medium if that makes sense, I don't have to use the waist adjustment straps at all. I've been running with various bib shorts and haven't had an issues.
Can wear slim knee pads underneath, can't wear bulkier ones (RF Ambush).
Pocket is useless. I don't carry stuff in my pockets while riding but I do put stuff in while getting ready/driving and can't with these shorts.
Material breathes well, so I like that.
All in all, a good short.I'm quite pleased with the Yeti clothing I've bought.

    Awesome shorts

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 32"

I'd been looking for "slim-ish" shorts (ie: not too baggy, and obviously not lycra) for riding for a long time. I was worried that these were going to be too long, and thought the price was fairly high for a pair of mtb shorts. I also like having shorts that I can use in the gym, for climbing, etc. . . . .

I have to say that these are pretty amazing, even considering the high price. The material was thinner than I anticipated, but still feels surprisingly durable. The material is also quite elastic - turns out these are great shorts for yoga, the gym, etc. The fit is definitely on the slimmer side, but not negatively so - it's cut for athletics, and won't be flapping around at all - great in my opinion.

Fair warning - there is one small pocket on these shorts - and it's a "in the small of the back" pocket. I do miss having a pocket in the regular place for keys or my phone (when using these for gym use), but honestly - they're so comfortable and functional that it has been forgiven. I bought these and the Teller shorts at the same time - the tellers have pockets and cargo pockets which trumps these in terms of functionality, but these are slightly more comfortable in the gym and on the bike. Your call.
