I am a mountain biker and love stash pockets so I dont have to carry a backpack or saddle bag, there are more than enough pockets for your phone, keys, co2 and a banana or a lift ticket, really dig these

    Gift for the Gentleman

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought these as a gift for an avid mountain biker who was new to the idea of a chamois. He loves the cut and the fit and is tickled to have the sweet storage extras.

Large fits great on the 6'4

Definitely fits tall, athletic builds really well

Awesome bids for the long and short ride

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Large

These are a great pair of liner shorts, I would say the material is a bit too thin to wear as a solo short. The additional pockets are really great to have. On a shorter ride you can fit tube tools and phone in the pockets and not need to carry a pack. On the longer rides you can stash some food in the extra pockets and even carry some extra water back there. The chamois is even quite comfortable when i have spent 5 plus hours in the saddle. Over all the liner is a super solid option for anyone looking for some additional storage. My only gripes would be Yeti Sizing and the leg pockets. Yeti clothing seems to always run on the small side, so if you are in between sizes definitely size up. The problem with the leg pockets is that the outseam on these bibs is quite short so when wearing under your baggies it can be difficult to access nutrition and other items in the leg pockets. I had to access them from the top and that makes you look a bit odd as you stand on the side of the trail with your hands in your shorts.

My Favorite Shorts (Under the Baggies)

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: Large

I picked these up a couple weeks ago when I noticed Yeti's taking ques from Specialized and their SWAT bibs, which I heard were amazing. I've had great experience with other Yeti shorts - Teller, Freeland and Como, so I thought I'd give these a try. These have since become my go-to shorts to wear under my baggies. I've been reserving them for my longest rides, as they're very comfortable - no chafing or irritation whatsoever - along with the extra security of bibs and the versatility of pockets.

My favorite feature is the extra storage pockets on the thighs. This is where I store my gels since I can't even feel them while riding. Something else to consider is I wear Yeti's Freeland Shorts and their front vents allow access straight to the Enduro's leg pockets - so convenient. And while I generally don't ride without my fanny pack, having the option to do a short packless jaunt is nice.

As for sizing, ignore Yeti's size chart and go with your normal S, M, L, XL size. I'm a 32 waist and Yeti's size M padded shorts are way too tight. Size Large is perfect for me.

Now the gripes - the zippered rear pocket is a joke. Yeti's site describes it as "a sweat-resistant zipper pocket for your media device," but it's hardly big enough for my keys let alone anything electronic. And at what point will brands stop using the word "Enduro" to describe their products?

If you can get past the name, you'll love these!
