I've used it several times

Not the easiest rack to use with thru axles as you have to balance the bike on top of your car while you install your axle into the rack. Wouldn't recommend it to someone who is short (I'm 197cm tall) but if you need a cheep way to attach your bike to a car that already has crossbars (or even a roof basket) it would be a good purchase.
