Item # WTB000W
Item # WTB000WOne saddle for all your rides.
If you hypothetically had a whole fleet of bikes, from DH to enduro to XC to road, the WTB Rocket
Team Saddle would be a killer choice for each and every one. Popular with riders of all stripes, the Rocket Team uses DNA padding in key spots, reducing weight
and conforming to your anatomy almost like memory foam. It also
features WTB's Flex-Tuned shell, which offers an ideal combination of
suppleness and stiffness, providing awesome support and efficiency at the
same time. Even better, the appropriately named Love Channel provides relief to sensitive
areas, and the different width options let you find the perfect saddle for your anatomy, riding style, and preferred terrain.
- An endurance saddle for dirt and asphalt
- Flex and support blended in ass-saving portions
- Central recess provides relief for sensitive tissues
- Titanium rails are light, stiff, and springy
- Width options let you dial the support to your sit bones

Taint Rocket
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
If you enjoy the sensation of a ball peen hammer belting your taint for 6 hours followed by a soothing encounter with a rasp, this is the saddle for you. Have you ever tried a saddle and knew right away that it wasn't the right one for you? This is one of those for me. I blame the love channel locks. I've always been skeptical of cut-outs, channels, or any depression that's supposed to relieve pressure. To my way of thinking, these features just increase pressure on everything else. I wanted to like this saddle, but no. Just no. I am headed to IFC now for some gall salve so that this mule can get back to work.
Keep in mind that my opinion is solely based on my own needs and experience. Everyone is different. You might love this thing. It's not a piece of crap. It just doesn't work for me.
Great Saddle
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Minimalist design hides the great comfort of this saddle. It is pretty light too. If Jay P can ride it from Baniff to Antelope Wells then it must be a good platform for you sit bones.
Jack of all trades saddle
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have 3 of these saddles: gravel, fat bike, and XC mtn bike. It seriously is great for all modalities of cycling. If there is only one saddle I'd buy, this is it. The "medium" or 142mm width is perfect for my average woman's hips.
for my dad
My dad still haven't gotten use to the saddle on road bikes (even after 5 months of use) so i went and purchase this bad boy to see if it change his level of comfort. And oh boy did it did. He is riding his bike more often (which is all im asking for)
The last time I bought this saddle, it only came in one width. Which new size equates to the original width?
The 130mm width (narrow) is the size of the original Rocket V saddle when there was only one size.
Perfect
All great
