Description

Why We Like The Deva Titanium Saddle

The Deva Titanium Saddle is versatile enough to take on everything from winding gravel roads to rocky trails and enduro racing. It offers a generous amount of padding and easy on-off transitions thanks to a shorter nose. A flat profile means we'll have more real estate for positioning, and titanium rails offer just the right amount of stiffness.

  • A saddle well-suited for a wide range of riders
  • Easy on-off transitions thanks to a short nose
  • Generous padding increases comfort and reduces fatigue
  • Flat profile provides space for a variety of positioning
  • Ideal for enduro racing, gravel grinding, and trail riding

Hits the sit bones just right

The saddle should disappear under your butt. This WTB Deva does just that. I used a Selle Italia saddle for years, then it seemed the saddle changed a bit. I had to re-research saddles. My criteria were, if possible, a women's specific saddle, to get the geometry needed. Something lightweight, with titanium rails, but not an XC race saddle as they are too hard and uncomfortable. I was willing to sacrifice some weight for some comfort. I had my old saddle for over five years and it was switched around to other bikes and held up pretty well so I also wanted a durable saddle. I took the measurements and chanced the WTB Deva. Competitive has a money-back but not on something used. To see if the saddle was comfortable or not required a ride, so this was a gamble that I had to pay for either way. It worked out, the Deva is a few grams lighter than my Selle. The nose is a bit shorter for MTB, it is durable and hit my sit bones just right. I would recommend the WTB Deva to a rider who is not a race fiend and not a multi-day across America rider. So, all riders who enjoy a few hours in the saddle, want to escape the day, and take to the trails.
