Carbon Fiber Headset Spacer
The uber-fit and uber-flexible Pro racers do what they do, and the rest of us -- well, we do what we have to do. That usually means a bit of height adjustment between the top of the headtube and the bottom of the stem for a saddle to handlebar drop that we can ride for extended periods of time without too much physical aggravation. Wheels Manufacturing makes their Carbon Fiber Headset Spacers in a variety of thicknesses to give you the ability to custom tailor your handlebar and stem height, all the while looking as good as your top level carbon fiber steed.
Keep in mind that if your steerer tube is made of carbon fiber that you can generally stack your spacers no higher than the diameter of your steerer (check your fork or frameset owner's manual for exact guidelines). For a 1-1/8" steerer you can have an approximate stack of 30mm. Wheels Manufacturing Spacers are free of logos -- just luscious clear-coated carbon fiber. They come in four thicknesses -- 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm.
- Clear-coated carbon fiber
- Available in four different thicknesses: 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm

Don't forget the spacers

You can't build your new custom bike without headset spacers. These are a lightweight, inexpensive option. I like to use a couple of 10mm and a 5mm.

Don't Stack the Littles
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
When doing a new build, I always leave 30m under the stem and adjust from there. A stack of 5m spacers looks terrible so get yourself a 20 if that's the case. These are thin, light, and look great. The 5m will come with a few but the 10 and 20 only come with one.

Been using these carbon spacers for many, many years, and they do the job! Not much to write about, as they're a basic carbon spacer and are offered in various widths. But if you have questions feel free to reach out.

@MRA3258665 These are for any mountain or road bike as long as it has a 1 1/8th inch steerer tube.

They're lightweight, look sweet, plenty of size options, and they do what they need to! I picked up a 20mm (and hopefully a couple 5mm's when they come back in stock) to change out the stack of 5mm spacers with huge bold logos on my cyclocross/commuter bike. Love the cleaner, non-branded look!

As previous reviewers have noted, these will drop serious time from your Strava segments. But really they are exactly what they say they are, which for a 3D Circle, is pretty much all you want.

Looking to add some stack to the front end? These babies do exactly that. They weigh almost nothing and look great!

There is a reason that we use these on all of our custom bike builds that go through our bike shop; these things are simply awesome! They look way better than aluminum, stronger, stiffer, soo aero and who doesn't need more carbon in their life?!

Not much to say here. Good headset spacers, tolerances are good, carbon adds a bit of bling, and $5 per is a really good price.

Carbon Spacer!
I bought a few of these for a build I was working on and they look great! Some of the spacers had the carbon pattern and some did not but they still look better than aluminum spacers.

Like the title says.....Its Carbon and it looks Cool..! Very light, and highly durable, plus Ridiculously Good Looking! Great minor upgrade if you love your bike. Looks way better than the lame plastic ones that came w/ my Bike build. Sold!

Go Carbon.

Why get aluminum headset spacers when you can have carbon? I got a couple of 5mm spacers for my new build and they 'work' just as they should. The ones I got do not have the carbon weave pattern as pictured though - They appear to be a simple grey, unidirectional carbon weave (not at all a deal breaker).

As expected

Pretty basic part. Looks good and fit well. The edges are a little rough and it's not a smooth transition between this one and the others I already had on my headset. However, the others are aluminum and I plan on trimming the headset down and removing them once I get the time.

Are these road specific or can they be used interchangeably with a mountain bike. I can't find the size steer tube it fits on.
