Get a grip, no matter the conditions.

Mother Nature is a notoriously fickle character, giving you a taste of downpours one minute, only to clear up with sunshine the very next. Be prepared for variable conditions while cross racing and exploring gravel roads with the Vittoria Terreno Mix G Plus Tubeless Tire. This tire features Vittoria's TNT casing, which means it quickly seals for the benefits of running lower air pressure and gaining bump compliance in tubeless form. The 3C rubber compound includes Vittoria's exclusive G+Isotech for smoother rolling, longer tread life, and outstanding traction.

As its name suggests, this off-road specialist handles a bit of everything when you're unsure of what's in store for upcoming cross races and gravel grinds. Its versatile tread design features open shoulder lugs for reliable traction across off-road surfaces, from loose gravel to packed dirt and open grass fields. Fast-rolling center ridges keep you rolling forward without the extra rolling resistance of burlier tread designs.

  • Versatile grip for cross racing and gravel grinding
  • TNT casing is tubeless-ready with supple 120 TPI carcass
  • 3C compound with G+Isotech for smooth-rolling longevity
  • Sidewall protection prevents flats over rough terrain
  • Open shoulder lugs grab onto gravel, dirt, and grass
  • Smooth-rolling center for fast-rolling performance

Great all-round CX Tire

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've used this tire in both dry and wet cyclocross races and am impressed with its grip in the dry and how well it sheds mud in the wet. If you just want one tire that covers it all look no further. They set up tubeless quite easily on Stan's Grail rims.

Perfect grip for slick roads

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Riding through the shoulder seasons often leaves me wanting more tread on my bike, so these make for the perfect option. Just enough grip to get through slick and icy conditions, without feeling heavy and cumbersome.

Excellent tire, but seems to wear fast

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have the Terreno Mix on my Gravel Bike, and do more hard gravel / dirt roads than pavement. I've done lots of climbing on dirt roads with them. The ride and grip is awesome! Very supple tire, and haven't had a flat with them - even riding on sharp rocks. They also roll extremely well on pavement and are quiet. The rear tire tread is nearly worn out after only 600 miles, but the front still looks like new. I'm a light rider (150lbs), and don't skid much, so I'm assuming its the hill climbing that is wearing the rear tire down so fast. I still give them a 5 star because of the excellent ride quality and traction both on gravel, and on road.

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The tires are awesome. Great classic design with some new features. Set up tubeless super easy and the tires are supple and fast. These tires really bite on corners and work well in a variety of conditions.

Similar to Challenge Grifo

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

...but tubeless!

This is Vittoria's newest line and a very similar tread pattern to the popular Grifo, a tire that handles all but the muddiest conditions very well. The side knobs hold their stiffness well in cornering, center knobs roll fast on pavement, and tread gaps ensure proper debris clearing. Try one of these up front and a Terreno Dry in rear for a great gravel/road setup.

Claimed weight was 420g, I measured mine at 406.
