Nice product, really does help you sleep well (but you may need a smaller serving size if you want to wake early in the morning) and tastes light and good. Mixing with cold water is all you need - no need for plant milks or other.

I've put it through the wringer

I absolutely love the Rest & Repair! I tend to get hungry just before bed and the amount of protein in this helps me feel full through the night. It?s the perfect amount of melatonin that I fall asleep immediately and don?t wake up feeling groggy in the morning. I feel so well rested and ready to go in the morning when I?ve had this the night before. And that chocolate strawberry flavor is a dream! Satisfies a sweet tooth without being too sweet. I?m not a big fan of chocolate protein usually but the hint of strawberry really balances this out. Some nights I have even mixed it like a hot chocolate with hot water and a splash of coconut milk.
