what shorts should be

Familiarity:

This is closer to what most over-shorts should be for riding in general. Unless you're riding in sub 60 degree weather more ventilation and less weight are ideal. The pockets are sewn to the shorts which is brilliant...there's no pockets flap loose inside your pants. They are see through in the front but most people have liners underneath so who cares. I ride to ride, not stand at the trailhead. They are also nice and long...great for those with longer legs! I sized up but think I'll buy a pair my normal size once I drop a few pounds.
