Gets the tough spots
This along with the contour have been fantastic. Use the contour on legs and back and then follow up with this guy to get deeper impact.

Best Roller Hands Down
I had a normal roller but this gets the trigger points and works knots out of my legs after a long bike ride..quality made with lots of thought into giving the perfect massage.
