Works like a charm. I have several trigger points in my shoulders and back that are difficult to release with a foam roller or even a lacrosse ball, but this tool does the trick. Great for all around the shoulder and even targeting deep trigger points in the low back.
This works great for the tightness that I have in my shoulder blades from sitting stressed and cramped at my desk all day after a hard run the night before. The two orange balls are good for a sore chest. Haven't tried them on the spine against a wall, but Im sure they'll do just fine.
I have a ton of trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and back, so I thought I'd give this a try. I've never used one of these other than this one, but it is way more effective than trying to mash a trigger point with your thumb! The grip on it helps you dig extra deep into your muscles!
