TriFLow doesn't attract dirt, dust, sand like more viscous oils so it is the perfect choice for chains, cables, and derailleur pivots. 6 and 12oz. aerosol cans availible.

Good all around bike lube

Good one to have in the tool bench. Nice, all-around lube for things like cables and deraileur hinges. I use it as a chain lube too, when needed.

My 'go to' lubricant on bike

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been using TriFlow for 4-5 years. A drop on every pivot point of brake calipers and derailleurs, apply lightly to chain-wait 5-10 minutes and wipe off excess-you're ready to ride. I prefer the small squeeze bottle over aerosol as you can regulate better.

Follow up: I've downgraded this item as I have found that I like the Dumonde Lite much better

I like this lube and have been using it for years. It goes on clean and works especially well in dry dusty conditions. Remember to apply, let sit for a few minutes and then wipe clean. It works well on on threaded parts too. Great choice.

    For the little things

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I don't use Tri-Flow on my chain, but it works extremely well on small things that may need some lubricant. All cables, before they get installed on my bikes, get a layer of Tri-Flow. great for a quick squirt into the shifter after some dry dusty riding, and also great to keep the SPD pedal springs working properly. Also, A dab on your nipples before truing your wheels keeps them turning smoothly.

    True-Grit removal...

Especially great for Mnt. biking at keeping your bikes movable parts clean and moveable, and grit-free. What more can you ask for!

I like triflow because it keeps my chain clean. Works well. Easy to use. It costs more than some others but worth it.
